Foodie: Apple Crisp

I love sugar. It is my favorite thing to consume, I do eat in moderation but only because it can cause health problems if you each it too much.

The only thing I love more than sugary sweets are apples; so naturally apple crispt is my absolute favorite thing to eat. Apple Crisp is like a deconstructed apple pie; soft and sweet apples with a crispt crust on top.

Here is how to make it! You take 6-8 apples (cored and sliced) place in a baking dish and top with a mix of 1/4 cup butter softened, 1/3 rolled oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, and cinnamon to taste. Thats just a guestimate; I do everything by sight and feel so the measurements can vary. What you want is for a mixture that feels crumbly.

Place the crisp mix on top of the apples, bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes then enjoy!
